Our Story
Between us, we bring over forty years of Professional Services experience including over a decade each at PwC and Deloitte.
Independently, we both saw a need for alternative solutions to our clients’ requirements and have been now been working together to provide them for a number of years, most recently managing a successful boutique consulting firm before exiting in Summer 2022.
We share a passion for working alongside customers on their change and transformation journeys, providing hands on support with experienced teams of subject matter experts, genuinely investing in and taking responsibility for the outcome.
Our approach is proven, but we strive for continuous improvement and we established MSC to broaden our reach and ensure the freedom to always put customer needs first.

Sat Sembi

Sat has been providing professional services for over 20 years, with a passion for delivering value for money and an experience clients and teams remember long after the life of an engagement.
Sat started his career at PwC and spent over 10 years there providing services in different specialisms (Audit and Transaction Services), different countries (UK and the US) and for a spectrum of large multi nationals, mid cap and small and medium enterprise clients in the private sector.
Sat left PwC for Veracity Consulting in 2011 and helped take it from a start up to being acquired by a listed Japanese multinational in 2016 at which point he became Managing Director.
As Managing Director he grew the company into a multi-discipline, multi-sector consultancy and established it as a compelling alternative to the traditional firms in the public sector, successfully overseeing and delivering a number of large-scale transformation programs and change projects.
As part of his role for the wider group, he was the buy side financial due diligence partner on over 10 acquisitions in the UK, Australia and Europe.
Outside of work, Sat is a keen sports fan, particularly football and the NFL and a father of 3.
Did you know...
Sat once took a day off school to help his father decorate Olympic Gold medalist Linford Christie’s house and was rewarded with a years supply of Mars bars for his efforts!

Chris has over 20 years experience advising many clients in a wide range of industries. Before founding MS Consulting Chris worked as the Chief Consulting Director at Veracity Consulting specialising in delivering value on complex change scenarios.
Prior to that, Chris was a Director at Deloitte where he led a dedicated Commercial and Financial Advisory Team providing advisory services to projects across the public and private sectors.
Over the course of his career, Chris has delivered a diverse range of strategic, challenging and varied projects, developing a broad range of skills. A selection of his experience includes commercial, strategic and financial reviews & transformation, business case development, procurement support, review of complex contracts, finance improvement, technical accounting advice, consolidation support, benchmarking & value-for-money assessments, open book audits, forensic cost verification exercises, management information reviews and project management.
Chris's life outside of work consists of spending time with his family, which he thoroughly enjoys; playing golf, which he sometimes enjoys; and watching Spurs, which he rarely enjoys!
Did you know...
Chris once missed his stop on the last train home, spent 3 hours trying to walk back from the middle of nowhere and finally had to reverse call his mum at 4am to pick him up.
It happens right? But Chris was 35 years old!
