Voucher Creation
Sat and Chris supported a major Central Government Department, acting as a flexible delivery partner supporting a flagship Digital Policy. They deployed over 30 associates in two separate, but closely related, teams to provide:
User-Centred Design including: Content strategy & design; copywriting; User-research; UX Design; and Service Delivery
Technical Delivery & Platform Architecture including:
Product Management; Delivery Management; Technical Architecture; Governance & Standards implementation & review; and Front-end & Full-stack development.

Finance Support & PPM
Sat and Chris supported a high-profile financial institution by delivering a critical and unique PMO function during their implementation of a new Financial Management System. In addition they deployed a separate team of Finance specialists to support one of the largest and most complex accounts consolidations currently undertaken.

Buy-Side Transaction Support
Sat led the Buy-Side Financial Due Diligence on the acquisition of a largescale recruitment business with a Global presence.
Over the course of the Buy-Side support Sat and his team led on a number of key areas that were instrumental in achieving the deal. These included:
Analysis of the quality of earnings key adjustments for recurring and non-recurring EBITDA items; Assessment of normalised Working Capital; Identification and capture of debt like items; Sensitivity analysis of projections; Assurance of historical trading; Balance Sheet verification; Assessment of budgeting accuracy; Operational due diligence and assessment of strategic fit; Dispute resolution on purchase price; Preparation of financial elements of Sale and Purchase Agreement; and Advising on Earn-out structuring.
Finance Support on Technical Accouting
We provided specialist technical accounting advice on a bespoke Capital Finance Model for the NHS.
This engagement was to work with Trusts facing restricted Capital Finance Limits to support them making significant investment into identified programmes and projects.
Our work provided a technical assessment on the initial proposals, and suggested amendments or changes to ensure compliance with relevant accounting and budgeting guidance.
As part of this work we engaged with a number of stakeholders at HM Treasury, DHSC and others.
Digital & Operational Transformation
Sat and Chris supported an 8,500+ employee organisation on their Digital & Operational Transformation through transitioning from an inhouse Single Operating Platform to a new Cloud-based ERP System. Over the course of this multi-year engagement, the Team delivered a range of Digital, Commercial, Operational and PPM activities including:
Documenting current processes, reporting and transactions, designing their desired to be state, and roadmapping the required journey.
Production of a fully compliant business case and taking this through all levels of challenge and review until it was signed off.
Producing elements of the Target Operating Model to feed into wider Organisational transformation.
Leading stakeholder and supplier engagement to undertake the Spec & Select process.
